The location was perfect, right on the edge of town and overlooking the beautiful Kenmare River. It was only a short walk to the center of town, where I found plenty of charming restaurants and lively pubs to explore. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a lovely view of the garden. The service provided by the hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities were excellent, including a shared TV room in the cottage building and a peaceful garden to relax in.

That there were no tea making facilities in the room or available in the lounge.
